What corporate
housing is.

Fully furnished temporary accommodations for businesses housing employees during relocations, extended assignments, or transitions. Unlike a hotel, it's a complete living environment — full kitchen, separate bedroom, living room — at a fraction of the cost.

Castle provides the furniture, housewares, linens, and electronics that turn an empty apartment into a move-in-ready home. The tenant or company handles the lease; we handle everything inside.

Corporate housing with furniture rental typically costs 30 to 50% less per month than comparable extended hotel stays — with more space, privacy, and comfort.

Common
questions.

Have one not covered here? See the full FAQ.

01

What is the minimum rental period?

One month. Most corporate housing clients rent for 3 to 12 months, but we accommodate both shorter and longer terms.

02

How far ahead should we book?

Book at least a week before move-in so we can reserve your package and a delivery slot. From January through March, book a month or more ahead, since winter inventory runs short. Larger or multi-unit setups need more lead time.

03

Can we add or swap items mid-rental?

Yes. Need an extra desk, a crib, or a different sofa? We can arrange a swap or addition at any time during the rental.

04

Who is responsible for damage?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. Significant damage beyond normal use may be billed at replacement cost. We inspect items before and after delivery.

05

Do you work with relocation companies and HR?

Yes. We regularly invoice relocation companies and corporate HR departments directly. Insurance certificates and procurement paperwork are no problem.

06

Is the kitchen really move-in ready?

Pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, cooking basics — everything you need to cook from day one. Groceries are not included.
